Separate by design

FindJobs is operated separately from Uni News Korea and LaborMap. For service and privacy questions, contact the operator at chanhyung@gmail.com. Updated 15 October 2026. Creating an account is optional for browsing public vacancies. We use account and verification details, profile and resume information you choose to provide, applications, messages and security records to provide recruitment functions, control access and respond to abuse. Do not include passport or identification numbers, bank details, a full home address or unrelated sensitive information.

Cloudflare handles website requests; the FindJobs application, authentication records and private files use the dedicated Supabase project in Seoul. Resend sends transactional messages using the configured Tokyo sending region; messages do not attach your resume. These service providers may process delivery and security metadata under their own terms. We do not send resume content to an AI model or Bouncer.

PDF uploads are limited to 2 MiB. Files remain in private quarantine until an operator-owned PC completes a ClamAV check. The PC may temporarily hold file content for this purpose; its scanner workspace is access-restricted and temporary scanner files are removed after the run. This PC is not full-disk encrypted. Scanning can be delayed when the PC is off or unavailable. Unchecked, rejected or inconclusive files are not released to employers. A passed antivirus check is not a guarantee that a file is harmless. Windows security remains enabled and sample submission is set to prompt; this is not a promise of zero operating-system security telemetry.

Quarantine bytes expire after seven days. Other profile, resume and application records remain available until you delete them or your account. Account deletion removes active account and recruitment data and queues stored-file removal. Application withdrawal blocks further employer access, but cannot erase copies already downloaded. Minimal deletion, consent and audit records remain separately for access accountability and to reapply deletions after a backup restore. Backups are not the live service, and deletion is not a guarantee of immediate erasure from every provider cache or backup. Use Settings for account export and deletion, or email the operator for assistance; do not email identity documents or passwords.

Accounts, sessions and application records are separate from KUN and LaborMap. External links do not send your application. Withdrawal blocks new employer access but cannot erase copies already downloaded.

Optional public-page analytics

From October 10, 2026, analytics consent version 2 requires a fresh optional choice. It measures public page paths, broad referrals, predefined campaign codes, device/browser information and public interactions. After an accepted registration request or confirmed application submission, the success receipt can send only its completion category, with no private page view or address. An IP address is transmitted to Google with the request. Form input, search text, email addresses, resumes, record identifiers and private content are excluded. Rejecting analytics does not affect recruitment services.

The analytics cookie lasts up to 30 days; event data is retained for 14 months without resetting on a new visit. Your choice lasts 180 days and can be withdrawn through Analytics preferences below. GPC and Do Not Track are respected. No advertising, Google Signals, User-ID or cross-site identity sharing. Contact-link clicks indicate intent. A registration-request event does not confirm account creation or email verification. Application completion is a separate event and does not mean a hire or sale. Operator browsers can be excluded using a local setting without an internal IP list. Google may process information internationally.
