For international and career offices

What can our university share without sending student data?

Share public preparation resources, direct a real employer to the posting process, or use the separate admissions contact route. No institutional account or student list is needed.

01 / Student support

What can we share with students?

Link to the public student guide from your notice or careers page. It explains condition comparison and useful questions; individual permission decisions remain with the responsible authorities. Check its source-review date before sharing.

Suggested notice to copy and adapt

Select and copy the text below. Review it before publishing; keep the qualification and privacy statements. No notice is sent automatically.

02 / Employer participation

How do we direct an employer?

Send a company that is actually hiring to the posting guide. Its authorized representative registers the organization, provides English and Korean introductions, and submits the real conditions for review. Universities hiring their own staff use the same process.

A referral does not bypass review or make the university a partner or guarantor. Applicants choose the recipient; do not send student lists, resumes or identity documents for them.

03 / Admissions information & university communications

Where do admissions and editorial enquiries go?

Uni News Korea is the separate editorial and university-information service. Use its university guide for an admissions correction, source or interview proposal, or bilingual information-production enquiry. Include your department, readers, a public source URL, deadline and needed result.

An enquiry is not an order or a promise of coverage. Commercial production remains separate from independent editorial decisions. FindJobs accounts, applications and LaborMap case records are not supplied to the newsroom.
