What the free standard post includes

Saving creates a draft, not a public vacancy. Organization and listing review must be complete before publication.

Three steps from organization to publication review

  1. Register your organization

Sign in and describe the organization. Manage roles and applicants within your own employer workspace.

  2. Draft and preview

Write the role and conditions in English and Korean. Save a draft and check both versions before requesting review.

  3. Request publication review

Saving is not publication. Organization and listing review must be complete before the role appears on the board.

Before you start

  • Organization name and a factual introduction
  • English and Korean role titles, duties and requirements
  • Pay, hours, actual workplace, language and any employer-stated support
  • Recruitment type, work arrangement and deadline in Korea time

Recruitment assistance

Separate process in preparation

Recruitment assistance is separate from posting a role or applying directly. Scope, consent, fees and a contract must be agreed separately.

Understand the difference →

All postings remain subject to organization and content review. Free posting does not guarantee publication, applicants, hiring or immigration permission. Expired or duplicate roles are not kept live for promotional reasons.

Hiring someone who is studying?

  • State the actual duties, workplace, shifts, hourly pay, language needs and employing organization.
  • State whether you will provide contract / business documents and cooperate with required forms.
  • Agree a start date only after the applicant confirms any required permission.

A student-welcome statement is not permission to work. Do not promise approval or request identity documents in the public listing.
